Zanuli
Zanuli Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use Zanuli. Zanuli is provided by Patrick Seegers. Use the app only if you understand and agree to these terms.
The service
Zanuli helps households and small groups share tasks, groceries, routines and agreements. It is not intended for emergencies, medical care, supervision or other safety-critical decisions.
Synchronisation, notifications and integrations may sometimes be delayed or unavailable. Always verify important information yourself.
Account, group and shared content
Keep your sign-in and invitation codes secure and grant access only to people who belong in the group.
You are responsible for what you enter and share. Do not post unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, sexually exploitative or harassing content, spam, secrets or material that infringes the rights of others.
Zanuli may restrict access or content where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal obligations or the protection of other users. Report a concern through the support page.
Free, trial and Premium
Available Free and Premium features are shown in the app. A Zanuli trial lasts thirty days, requires no payment method and never renews automatically.
Subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play renew under the store terms until you cancel them there. The store shows the final price, currency and period before purchase. Premium applies to the selected Zanuli group after Zanuli verifies the purchase.
Purchases, cancellations and refunds are handled by the relevant store. Deleting your Zanuli account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
Your data and choices
The Privacy Policy explains which data is processed and which service providers help. You can export data visible to you and delete your account in the app.
You can leave a group. Other members may continue to see limited, previously shared activity as activity by ‘Deleted user’, without an active profile, name or email address.
Changes and ending use
Zanuli may change the service and these terms. Where reasonably possible or legally required, material changes will be explained clearly before continued use.
You can stop using Zanuli by leaving groups and deleting your account. Manage store subscriptions separately in the Apple App Store or Google Play.
