Delete your Zanuli account

You can permanently delete your account in the Zanuli app. You do not need to email us, and we will never ask for your password or invitation code.

    Open your account

    Open Zanuli and go to More → Account.

    Choose Delete account

    Read the consequences and confirm deletion. This action cannot be undone.

What is deleted?

Your access, profile, name, email address and active sessions are removed.

Groups without other members are deleted. Groups with other members remain available to them.

Events already shared with other members may remain visible as activity by ‘Deleted user’, without an active profile, name or email address.

Check a subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically end a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel that subscription separately in the relevant store.

Can’t sign in?

First use the recovery options on the sign-in screen. If that does not work, open the support page. Never share your password, access token or invitation code.
