Delete your Zanuli account

You can permanently delete your account in the Zanuli app. You do not need to email us, and we will never ask for your password or invitation code.

    Open your account

    Open Zanuli and go to More → Account.

    Choose Delete account

    Read the consequences and confirm deletion. This action cannot be undone.

    Check your subscription

    Manage or cancel an App Store subscription separately through your Apple account. Deleting Zanuli does not automatically cancel a subscription.

What is deleted?

Your access, profile and active sessions are removed.

Groups without other members are deleted. Groups with other members remain available to them.

Shared history may be retained in a limited form without an active personal profile when needed for a reliable group history, security or legal obligations.

Can’t sign in?

First use the recovery options on the sign-in screen. If that does not work, open the support page. Never share your password, access token or invitation code.
