For everyday life

Everything that needs shared attention, without a busy dashboard.

See how Zanuli brings together tasks, routines, shopping, offline use, Widget, groups and privacy.

Tasks and routines

From a one-off job to something that returns weekly, monthly or after completion. Missed cycles do not pile up.

Shopping

Quickly add milk, bread or something specific with a quantity and note. Take responsibility for an item and mark it bought.

Planning and Later

Use familiar moments such as today, tomorrow, this weekend or a custom period. Set something aside for later when it does not need attention yet.

Waiting and follow-up

Put a task on hold and add an optional time to check back. Connect a simple next step without building a workflow.

Inbox and starter sets

Capture a thought in one line and organise it later. Start with editable suggestions for home, plants, pets or bins if useful.

Last done and activity

Look back at when something last happened and which shared actions were actually recorded in Zanuli.

Everyone sees the same state

When something changes, the group sees it too.

When someone completes, takes or changes something, the rest of the group sees it quickly. Everyone stays on the same current page, even after a brief connection problem.

  • Completed means clear for everyone
  • What you do offline is not lost
  • A newer choice is never quietly rolled back

Even when you are out of range

Capture offline. Update automatically later.

You can still add or complete something without a connection. Zanuli keeps it on your device and updates the group when you are online again.

Zanuli Widget

The next task on your Home Screen

The iPhone widget shows a relevant task from one chosen group. Tick it off directly; if you are offline, Zanuli remembers until your connection returns.

For the people you organise life with

Create a group and invite someone safely.

Use Zanuli at home, with housemates, family, friends or a small association. Share a single-use invitation as a QR code or an invite code. New members choose the name others see.

  • Switch easily between multiple groups
  • See active members and their roles
  • Each invite works once and expires after seven days

Privacy and trust

Your everyday life is not an advertising profile.

Only active members can see what is in their group. Zanuli uses as little data as possible and never turns your tasks, shopping and routines into an advertising profile.

You stay in control

Export the data visible to you. Delete your account through a separate confirmed flow.

No silent automation

Zanuli never attributes an action to someone without a real user action.

Reliable recovery

What you capture together stays safe. Backups and recovery are checked regularly.

Frequently asked questions

Clear from the start.

Can I download Zanuli yet?

Not yet. The iPhone and iPad app is in development. An Android app is planned, but has no release or date yet. This page therefore does not promise availability in an app store.

Who is Zanuli for?

Households and small groups that want to remember recurring tasks, shopping and agreements together without using business project-management software.

Does Zanuli work without internet?

Yes. You can add or complete something without internet. Zanuli keeps it on your device and updates the group when the connection returns.

Can I use multiple groups?

Yes. One account can belong to multiple groups and switch between them. Each group keeps its own members, tasks and shopping.

Is Zanuli a calendar or chat app?

No. Zanuli does not replace a full calendar and has no built-in chat. It focuses on remembering, sharing, completing and logical follow-up.

Which languages is Zanuli aimed at?

The interface is prepared in Dutch, English, German, French and Spanish. Group names, tasks and shopping items you enter stay exactly as you write them.
